Philosophy
After over a decade since the craft beer movement began in Israel, Nomads Brewing Company sees itself as the first of the next generation of professional Craft Breweries. Our mission is to drive the market forward and continue to introduce the Israeli palate to new and exciting beer styles while keeping true to our belief that true craft beer can only be made by using local ingredients and working/collaborating with local vendors whenever possible. The history of beer has always been one of locale and terra neurre. The Israeli craft industry has been producing excellent American, German, British and other styles in Israel. We at Nomads feel that it is now time to pay homage to the history and use what is local and distinctly Eretz Yisraeli while still embracing the advancement in brewing technology and practice as well as the global nature and kibbutz galuyot that is the modern State of Israel.
